Economic Responsibility
As we look to a more sustainable future, it is clear that the role of a business in today’s society is evolving. There is growing acceptance among the general public that value is no longer merely reflected in the price, but instead it can be found in the overall sustainable value proposition of the company, its operations and its impact on society.
As a long established British manufacturer and local community employer, we have set our sights on finding a balance between our people, profits and the planet around us.
To ensure longevity, we are committed to providing long-term value instead of reaping short-term gains. This is why we have measures in place to allow for the efficient use of resources and to enable us to operate in a manner that is deemed environmentally and socially responsible, and economically viable.
Lean Manufacturing
Lean manufacturing has become the foundation upon which Brightwell Dispensers’ production line rests. Our approach is driving big results that are not only beneficial to the group, but to our people and the environment too. Through lean manufacturing tools such as the 6S discipline, SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) and TPM (Total Production Maintenance), we are able to reduce waste, optimise efficiency and enhance quality.
Reinvestment of Profits
We are relentless in our mission to provide quality products that our customers need and want. Our profits are continuously reinvested into the company, including human resources, equipment, new design development, quality enhancement and much more, allowing us to remain competitive and to continue to develop high-quality and innovative products and services that benefit not only our customers but also their customers.
